This can be seen from the ingredients chosen, which I suggest you use in your cooking.

To make this recipe collection as useful as possible, I have tried to keep the pasta recipes simple and, bearing in mind the pace of life that often forces us to compromise on eating well, I have tried to make them easy to prepare so you can rediscover the pleasure of cooking pasta in a good, healthy and flavoursome way.
